ACSA Technologies is a boutique, domain-first technology advisory built to be a single, accountable partner across the enterprise software stack.

With over 125 years of combined leadership in enterprise technology, our team brings unmatched depth across SAP, Salesforce, cloud, and the emerging frontier of AI. We are committed to delivering domain-led, outcome-driven transformation programs that help organizations achieve measurable business impact and long-term value.
ACSA is deliberately structured as both a systems integrator and a product company. Alongside advisory and implementation services, ACSA owns two purpose-built accelerators — ServiceCPQ, a CPQ and aftersales platform for machinery OEMs, and Jnanik AI, a secure, on-premises agentic AI platform for enterprise deployment — giving portfolio companies faster paths to value than a traditional systems integrator can offer. ACSA holds direct partnerships with Salesforce and Databricks, with deep delivery capability on SAP (S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, BTP, ECC, BW/4HANA).

Founder & Chief Mentor
Formerly SAP Practice Head at Wipro, Ajith brings more than three decades of leadership in enterprise IT and SAP delivery. As Founder of ACSA Technologies, he has shaped a domain-led, outcome-driven model for SAP and Salesforce transformation.
He sets the firm’s strategic direction and personally guides key client and sponsor relationships to ensure engagements deliver measurable business impact and long-term value.
Salesforce Architect
Salesforce architect with 26+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture and development. Shashidhar is a recognized voice in the Salesforce ecosystem and a frequent speaker at Google Developer and Salesforce community events.
He has built and led Salesforce training programs for early-career technologists and now leads Salesforce platform architecture and Agentforce solution design at ACSA.
Director — Growth & AI
Nandakumar brings 27 years of experience in Consulting, ERP and CRM transformation, and business growth. He has managed and delivered large-scale enterprise and SaaS transformation programs across geographies, with past leadership roles at Wipro, Bosch, and Salesforce India.
At ACSA, he leads growth strategy and AI go-to-market initiatives.
Technology Architect
Anand has 27+ years of experience designing, architecting, and delivering large-scale enterprise SaaS and collaboration platforms, primarily at Oracle. He specializes in system architecture and secure integration patterns, including SAML2, OAuth2, and SSO.
He has built scalable, high-performance solutions and mentored distributed engineering teams across CRM and collaboration products.
Partner — AI, Head of Jnanik AI
Pramod leads the design of secure, on-premise agentic AI platforms and workflow automation at Jnanik AI. His work focuses on helping enterprises adopt AI with cost predictability, high accuracy, and strong deployment control.
With more than 18 years of experience he previously held leadership roles at Amazon Web Services and Robert Bosch, where he drove large-scale cloud, IoT, and telematics programs for global enterprises.

Ashok Mohanty leads ServiceCPQ, an AI-driven platform helping manufacturers unlock aftermarket revenue through warranty automation, service CPQ, and installed base intelligence.
With 20+ years in SAP ERP and CRM-led service transformation, Ashok has been a Consultant and a Product Development having spent years at SAP.
